Mini rant about my life.

Well... I guess the first mistake was... being born. Then the second mistake was... being born into this family. There is literally a small cult of people around me that truly believe that there is a God... and he hates me. Infact... some of these people started believing in a higher power... simply because of me.

Evidence #1: It has rained only... only... on my property before. I was walking home from the bus stop... sure it was cloudy out, but it wasn't raining. I entered my driveway and started getting rained on suddenly. So I looked around really quick and walked back into the road, still perfectly dry. Some people that were walking home noted that it wasn't raining in either of the yards adjacent to mine. So I took out my keys and ran to the door. As I was getting to the door a large gust of wind came up throwing a large branch into me as I was putting the key into the lock knocking me to the ground. When I got up I discovered that when it knocked me to the ground the key was half way in the lock and that it had been broken in half... and it was still raining... on my fuckin house!

Evidence #2: About a year ago a friend talked me into going to church with her, she was obsessed with helping me find Jesus and that God didn't hate me. I finally caved and went. During the surmon I actually found more reasons for not believing in God. Then on my way out someone tossed a little bible key chain to me. It cut my hand. It wouldnt stop bleeding for an hour. Then when I got home the computer I had for about a month burst into flames.

Evidence #3: Two years ago the girl I loved was hit by a train. That's usually what gets people to join that goofy cult thing. Note: I didn't start the cult, nor have anything to do with it. I just ranted a bunch to a kid and he started it. Now they bug me for more info every other week.

Evidence #4: One week my oven, car, washer, dryer, fridge, and air conditioner broke... all on seperate days.

Evidence #5: You know when that branch knocked me to the ground in the first bit? That was the third time something has crashed into me during some sort of bad weather. It's happened twice since then.

Evidence #6: People are going to flame me because they don't like how I write and think it needs to be especially just for them... or that I wrote too much on one post... so I'm pausing here. btw... people in the first section of that... fuck off and die... you're worthless and take up too much oxygen. People in the second option... would you rather I posted 5 little posts?

about the last part, I'd have given you a higher grade.
Otherwise the only criticism is that you didn't offer enough information. The bare facts make them hard to believe, but for the sake of whatever I'll roll with it.

That sucks. Pretty hardcore. I almost died on Church property once. Centimeter difference between my jugular and a guy-wire (sp?) that was frayed.

      more details, more information.

How did your computer burst into flames? What were the other two incidents wherein you got knocked on your ass? Hit by a train? Was it suicide, or playing chicken, or what??

It's an OK story, but it could be so much better if some of the characters (mainly you) were more likable. Then again, there is a certain appeal in bad things happening to people we hate, like shauenfreude, so maybe that was what you were shooting for?

The site-referential crap is also extraneous. It's almost impossible not to get at least a couple of flames on any post, and there's no point in pre-emptively responding to it, because then you're practically inviting it! Instead you should burn that bridge when you come to it. Other than that, great job!

And this is not an icelandic saga. We'd like some more detail about the events than merely that they happened.

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all. But think of if you added some great visuals or videos to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with pics and clips, this blog could undeniably be one of the best in its niche.
